I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED

I purchased a new Ridgeline from West City. I’ve always found the service department there extremely knowledgeable and helpful, willing to go the extra mile. That was one of the reasons I decided to purchase another Honda product. I have to say I was not disappointed with the sales people. Everyone from Paul, Shane, Stephanie and Joel were pleasant, knew their stuff and made me feel like I was in good hands. Above all they welcomed questions and if they didn’t immediately have the answers they would get them soon enough. I have had exposure to a number of other dealerships and I would have to say that West City is a leader in their field.
